Horween (Wilson) NBA Basketball Wallets

Limited availability. I was contacted by the Clubhouse Manager for the Chicago Cubs (my favorite team actually) who had seen my work when their Major League Hitting coach had bought one of my HOH wallets. The Clubhouse Manager asked for something similar to an envelope to hold bills. This is the end result and now known as the "The Clubbie" after the nickname clubhouse attendants/Managers got long ago.

Made from Horween NBA Basketball leather, the same leather that Wilson uses on their Official NBA Basketballs. We are located an hour south of the Horween headquarters in Chicago, IL and are able to buy this leather directly from Horween before it is shipped to Wilson.

Please note: due to the design, the zipper doesn't fully close, see last pic. It stays in place, your bills will not fall out but I wanted you to be aware, the zipper will have a small gap where it is open.

The brown leather is Horween Chromexcel, making this an all Horween leather wallet! Four pockets for credit cards and ID. Will fit tightly at first and break-in with use/time and fit 2-3 cards each. This does not have a spot for cash (like a traditional bifold) but most people fold cash and put it in one of the four pockets.

Approx. 4x6 inches when open, 4x3 inches when closed. Great for a front pocket wallet (I use a similar wallet myself). This is made from real NBA Basketball leather, so it is not super slim, I repeat, it is not slim! Leather is a natural product and can have markings throughout, please see pictures.

This leather will break in and become very supple with time and it will develop a unique patina. Just like all Horween leather, this wallet with get better with use!

The brown leather is Horween Chromexcel, making this an all Horween leather wallet! Chromexcel can have a crackling effect, this is normal and will not get worse. Top loading. Three pockets (third pocket is hidden in the middle ) can hold 1-2 cards each and will stretch with use to hold more. Please note, much like a real glove, this wallet is stiff to begin with and will take time to break in. At first 1-2 cards will fit tightly in each pocket, but with time and use will loosen up and hold more.

Approx. 2.25x4 inches. Great for a front pocket wallet. This is made from baseball glove leather, so it is not super slim, I repeat, it is not slim! Leather is a natural product and can have markings throughout, please see pictures.
